Lies & Truth
Lie:
Chiropractic Physicians only treat backs
Truth:
Our Chiropractic Physicians are extensively trained in the treatment of the entire musculoskeletal system which includes all the major joints and connective tissues of the body (shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, wrists, ankles, etc.)
Lie:
Chiropractic Physicians only crack/pop/adjust your joints.
Truth:
Our Chiropractic Physicians utilize safe, effective and evidence guided manual therapy to assess, treat and train not only the joints but also the soft tissue structures in and around the joint structures to effectively provide a comprehensive complete approach to care.
Lie:
Chiropractors can’t rehabilitate or train you, you need to see a Physical Therapist.
Truth:
Not only can our Chiropractic Physicians provide high quality rehabilitative and training procedures but more importantly they provide the necessary manual musculoskeletal treatment needed prior to training. Providing joint and connective connective tissue treatment prior to training enables successful training to be accomplished. You can’t train or rehabilitate joints that don’t possess the necessary prerequisite joint movement.
